BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Chateaugay is a traditional co-ed 3.5 or 7 week camp with an amazing geographic mix of kids. Mature staff provide a safe, nurturing environment. Land-sports, creative arts, water-sports, riding, etc. Let your child explore the excitement of new activities, new friends, learning a sense of independence. Camp is a wonderful gift you can give your child.

CAMP LOCATION: Camp is located 50 miles north of Lake Placid in the beautiful Adirondacks. Camp Chateaugay's 250 acres is located on pristine Chateaugay Lake. Camp backs up on 80,000 acres of undeveloped land in the beautiful Adirondack State Park.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Chateaugay is a children’s summer residence camp the New York State’s beautiful Adirondack Mountains. It is an incredible collection of activities and facilities that makes this Adirondack children's summer camp truly unique. But then the journey continues as we challenge our campers with traditional outdoor experiences that they never forget.
Camp has a wide variety of activities for your child to choose from. Camper's schedule are a mix of choice and assigned activities. This program provides the time for cabin unity and allows for individual development. Our evenings bring camp together.
